Mr. Darragh Hynes

Biography

Mr. Hynes was a medical student in the Mater Hospital. After completion of training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in Ireland, he undertook fellowship training in Norwich, England, and Buffalo, U.S.A.

He commenced his consultant position in the Mater Hospital in 1995. He also works in Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital and the Central Remedial Clinic.
He provides the upper limb trauma service in the Mater Hospital. He is part of the Brachial Plexus Injuries team at the Mater. In conjunction with Cappagh Hospital, he provides an elective upper limb practice from the hand to the shoulder covering sports medicine, arthritis and nerve compression.
