Biography
Dr Reidy graduated from NUI Galway in 2014. Dr Reidy was awarded the Fellowship of the Joint Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine of Ireland in 2021 and completed the Specialist Anaesthesia Training scheme in 2021.
Following completion of specialist anaesthesia training in Ireland, Dr Reidy undertook a fellowship in intensive care medicine at the Mater and Beaumont Hospitals. Subsequently he worked as a senior clinical fellow and locum consultant in the department of Anaesthesia and Critical Care Medicine at Royal Papworth Hospital, Cambridge.
While in Cambridge he further developed his special interests in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), mechanical circulatory support and transplantation.
